Squat it Like its hot!


Why not?! Squatting is that one move that looks sexy and hot no matter how sweaty you are, the sweatier the better. Have you ever gone clubbing and seen girls drop it low in 4-inch heels? Squats can give you an advantage in that department! Squating helps with balance (with or without heels), helps with removing cellulites, increasing full body strength and improves your posture. It is one of the most effective exercises so get down and squat.

Tip: Every morning, do 10 minutes of squats. 20 normal squats, 20 sumo squats and then hold low squat for 30 seconds. Do this 3-5 times.
