Let your skin breath and it will tell you what is wrong.
There are a million skin care brands with a hundred types of skin care products out there. Do you know what you are putting on your skin? Or are you just following what your favorite beauty guru is telling you to put on your skin? Some of those gurus are genuinely using those products that they advertise but most of the reviews out there are bogus and to monetize off their viewers’ gullibility. There is no harm in trying products but listen to your skin and go form there. Know your skin type, skin condition, the reactions it has with different products and keep it simple. The best advice for skin is always to keep it simple and as natural as possible.
There are way more people with sensitive skin now, then ever before. Why is that? Yes, many react to different allergens or foods; spice, dairy, sweet, etc., but most of the sensitive skin issues today arrived from sensitizing the skin with all the harsh chemicals that are present in these skin care and beauty products.
These brands are deceiving their customers and making them pay for it, not just with money but also with result of problematic skin that gets dependent on their harsh chemicals. Even though there are many companies with the agenda of taking your money, there also exist companies with the intention to deliver what they promise. Even they make money but at least they deliver.
So do your research before you buy products.
Read the ingredients.
Start with simple products.
